We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in motion: projects taking shape, ideas becoming tangible, and teams that move with purpose.
You’ll work across a large-scale area development and multiple real estate projects,ensuring marketing is not only clear and consistent, but meaningful and well-considered. From presentations and websites to visual content, newsletters and events, you translate ideas into action, always with an eye for design, context and coherence.
You’re hands-on and structured, yet creative in how you think and work. You operate independently, connect people and disciplines with ease, and feel at home in an entrepreneurial environment where quality, aesthetics and vision matter.
What you’ll do
- Support real estate development projects with hands-on marketing and communication
- Coordinate planning, actions and deadlines across multiple projects
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners from development, design and architecture
- Create presentations, texts and marketing materials (NL/EN)
- Manage and further develop websites, newsletters and visual content
- Organise events and key moments within projects
- Run multiple projects simultaneously, in different development phases
Who you are
- Experienced in real estate,design, architecture or a related creative sector
- Independent, proactive and well-organised
- Strong sense of quality, design and tone, with a clear point of view
- Affinity with architecture,spatial quality and design-driven environments
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Tools you’recomfortable with
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,Word, Excel) and presentation tools
- Online marketing tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
