Experienced Developer
Shape ambitious urban projects, from feasibility and concept development through to planning, delivery and completion.
What you bring:
• An MSc from TU Delft or TU/e
• 6-8 years’ experience in real estate development
• Experience with commercial real estate is preferred
• A strategic mindset and hands-on approach
• Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Senior Technical Developer
Take the lead on the technical process of complex projects, from preliminary design through to construction, handover and aftercare.
What you bring:
• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 6-10 years’ experience in a comparable role
• Strong knowledge of construction and materials
• Experience with contracts, procurement and budget management
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Executive Assistant/ PA
Bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving team, supporting management, coordinating priorities and keeping the organisation running smoothly.
What you bring:
• Several years’ experience as an EA or PA
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• The ability to anticipate needs and priorities
• A proactive, hands-on and discreet approach
• Confidence working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Marketing & Communications Manager
Bring the story to life. From social media and websites to newsletters, press and events, you’ll help shape how our projects and ideas are seen and experienced.
What you bring:
• A sharp pen and a strong visual sense
• Experience managing social media, websites and content
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Confidence working with media, public authorities and external partners
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Real estate experience is a plus
